Advert 2: wonga.com

The purpose of this advert is trying to promote product or service which is wonga.com who provide short term loans. It is light-hearted and relaxed which encourages the listeners. The message in the advert was trying to say it is simplest loan that exists and it is all positive and good language that is used which makes the product/service sounds better.

The style they used in this advert are repetitive and persuasive.
The main voiceover is female and high pitched singing quite quickly in the background every so often there's a group of men who repeat or emphasise what she has said and they are in a deeper voice to make it clearer and understandable so the listeners can hear the different tones of voices. At the end, there is a female speaking, not singing. The voice is still clear and positive but becomes serious covering the legal issues. Whilst she speaking, there is some quieter singing in the background similar to the singer in the advert.
The slogan / tag line is 'wonga' but it is repeated to make it catchy and stick in someone's head.
The product name is introduced immediately and continues throughout the advert.
The music is throughout the advert and it is jolly and upbeat. The lady singing to the song called 'Mr Sandman' by The Chordettes however the lyrics is changed and it has been sped up to be more attractive and upbeat. The sound effects are having the background singers.
I think the unique selling point is short term loan that you can take it out quickly.

According to the Consumer Credit (Advertisements) Regulations 2010, every advert about credit should include plain and intelligible language, be easily legible and specify the name of the advertiser. This advert does most of this however because they are singing the speech can be unclear at times.
